Vision
In 2004, God renamed Doyl Tully to “The Fire Starter!” With this new name came new responsibility. The responsibility to start, stir up, and set ablaze the church of the living God. His vision is made up of both the Call and Vision of God.
The CALL OF GOD
The call of our Lord Jesus Christ has come in Word and Power. God’s Word called me with great clarity to go and make disciples of all of the nations. There is nothing more clear in my life than to carry the gospel to every nation without bias to race, location, threat, language, culture, and distance. God’s power has come upon me through the Holy Spirit to be an awesome witness to even the remotest part of the earth. My call of God is clear in purpose and direction: Take Christ to all the Nations!
THE MINISTRY VISION
My heart, in reaching the world for Christ, is rooted in five basic ministries that follow the pattern of the Apostle Paul as recorded in the Word of God. His life ministry outlines for me an approach to reaching the world with direction and clarity. Walking In Truth Ministries is committed to the following mission thrusts with great passion, much energy, and undying love:

- Preaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ to all, no matter size or location.
- Kindling and creating a fire within pastors and leaders within the living body of Christ around the world.
- Planting and building churches to become the voice of Christ, insuring the communication of the gospel worldwide.
- Encouraging and stimulating existing churches to move forward in power and purpose to fulfill the call and command of God locally.
- Provide the compassionate help to the poor and needy people and children all over the world.
